Delivery Policy

Salzee is a software-as-a-service product. Nothing is shipped physically. Access is delivered electronically and immediately:

• a workspace is created the moment you sign up at https://www.salzee.in or in the Salzee mobile app;
• a paid plan is activated as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within seconds, and the GST invoice appears under Subscription & billing;
• AI credit top-ups are added to the wallet immediately after payment;
• the mobile app is downloaded from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

If a payment is confirmed but the plan or credits do not show within 15 minutes, write to [email protected] with the payment reference and we will apply it manually. There are no delivery charges.
